1、独立负责休闲游戏项目在渠道相关的商务合作，包括渠道关系维护、合作机会挖掘、资源沟通、合作方案推进与落地； 2、围绕已上线游戏的增长目标，结合各渠道生态内的流量场景、活动资源、权益合作等机会，推动渠道资源获取与转化提升； 3、负责与渠道及相关合作方进行商务沟通、合作谈判、排期协调、资源置换和项目推进，保障合作事项按节奏落地； 4、协同发行、运营、产品、数据等团队，基于渠道表现复盘合作效果，持续优化渠道合作策略和资源使用效率； 5、跟进休闲游戏行业及渠道生态变化，沉淀渠道合作方法论、资源地图和可复用合作机制； 6、维护重点渠道合作关系，推动长期稳定合作，并根据项目增长需求拓展新的渠道合作机会。

1、有游戏行业渠道商务、发行商务、渠道运营或相关合作经验，熟悉游戏产品与渠道合作的基本链路； 2、具备渠道相关合作经验，或曾参与生态内的流量、活动、权益、联运等合作项目； 3、能够独立推进商务合作，从需求沟通、方案制定、资源协调到结果复盘，具备较强的闭环意识； 4、熟悉已上线产品增长阶段的渠道合作逻辑，能围绕拉新、活跃、转化或收入目标推动合作落地； 5、具备较强的商务沟通、跨团队协作和项目推进能力，能在多方诉求中推动事情往前走； 6、对数据结果敏感，能够结合渠道表现判断合作价值，并推动后续优化。
