1、5年以上项目管理、业务运营或相关领域的相关经验； 2、强大的分析和结构化问题解决能力，有证明能通过解读数据推动持续改进； 3、有在快节奏的国际环境中有效管理和执行多个并发项目的能力，能利用影响力和信任来领导和协调跨职能利益相关者； 4、出色的英语口头和书面沟通能力；学士学位或同等学历； 5、具有机器学习（ML）或大型语言模型（LLM）相关项目的经验，并熟练定义和管理复杂的项目进度；在信任与安全领域、大规模服务团队管理或密切相关领域有经验，最好是在服务运营平台；熟悉人工智能代理产品概念，或在专业环境中使用代理工具的经验。
