1、本科及以上学历，互联网策略相关经验优先； 2、有直播/短视频/长视频/图文等行业经验，有业务理解与判断能力； 3、策略经验丰富，对推荐系统理解深入，能与推荐算法团队高效协作； 4、理解主流大模型工作原理，具备大模型实际应用或项目经验者优先，对AI新技术、新工具保持高敏感度和持续学习能力； 5、对数据敏感，具备突出的数据分析能力，能洞察数据背后的逻辑与机会； 6、对内容体验敏感，内容识别能力有一定的了解。
