1、参与抖音电商直播间用户产品相关工作，围绕看播、导购、问询、互动、交易转化等场景，协助完成产品解决方案输出、产品设计与落地全流程，包括需求分析、数据分析、产品文档撰写、项目推进、上线验收及效果复盘等； 2、理解电商直播的业务逻辑、用户行为和消费决策链路，结合直播间内容、商品、商家/达人经营诉求及用户购买体验，参与优化直播间用户流程，提升用户在直播间内的浏览、互动、咨询和下单体验； 3、关注AI在电商直播场景中的应用机会，参与探索AI导购、智能问答、直播内容理解、商品讲解辅助、互动推荐、用户意图识别等方向，协助推动AI能力与直播间用户体验结合，提升用户决策效率和直播间互动感； 4、对直播、电商、内容社区等相关市场动态和产品进行调研分析，关注行业趋势、用户体验创新和AI产品应用案例，形成结构化分析与策略建议； 5、参与线上产品能力的运营与迭代，协同产品、研发、算法、运营、QA、达人、商家、商品等团队解决商家和消费者在直播间交易链路中的问题，跟进产品效果，推动目标达成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、热爱电商、直播、内容社区和AI产品方向，对电商、直播购物、达人带货、内容消费和用户决策链路有兴趣，有电商平台、直播平台、内容产品、AI产品相关实习经历优先； 3、具备较强的用户视角和业务理解能力，能够从用户看播、互动、咨询、下单等行为中发现体验问题，并转化为产品优化思路； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维、数据意识和问题解决能力，能够进行基础的数据分析、产品分析和用户需求分析，有SQL、Excel、Python、A/B实验分析经验者优先； 5、对AI应用有好奇心和学习热情，了解大模型、AI对话、智能推荐、AIGC、智能客服、AI导购等相关概念，有相关项目、课程、比赛或实习经历者优先； 6、具备良好的沟通协作和项目推进意识，自驱力强，学习能力强，责任心强。
