日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、行业赛道运营支持：深度跟进抖音电商内衣类目爆款动态，重点关注双十一期间保暖内衣、文胸、家居服、袜品、塑身衣等核心赛道趋势，监测爆款单品、价格带变化、用户消费偏好及内容营销玩法，定期整理行业洞察，为类目大促策略优化提供基础支撑； 2、双十一活动落地执行：参与内衣类目双十一大促及品类专项活动的筹备与执行，协助完成数据梳理、商品报名、价格监控、业绩追踪等工作；联动品牌、商家及内部协作团队，保障预热、开门红、爆发期、返场等各阶段活动高效落地； 3、商品与内容运营协同：围绕内衣类目季节性强、尺码适配要求高、用户决策链路细分等特点，协助梳理双十一重点货盘、爆款商品及潜力新品，跟进短视频、直播间等内容场景中的商品卖点、价格权益和营销素材，助力重点商品提升曝光与转化； 4、数据跟进与复盘优化：依托内部工具，协助监测双十一期间核心经营指标及活动进展，包括成交、流量、转化、客单价、库存和重点商品表现等；完成阶段性数据分析与运营复盘，及时识别问题和机会，并提出轻量化优化建议，助力业务提效； 5、商家与资源对接：协助对接内衣类目重点品牌及商家，解答基础运营问题，同步平台规则、双十一活动政策、价格机制及流量扶持资源；跟进商家货品、库存、内容和活动需求，协助维护商家关系，推动重点商家及商品按节奏完成大促筹备； 6、完成团队交办的其他内衣行业运营专项工作及双十一期间日常运营辅助事务。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、熟练使用Excel，能够独立完成数据整理、表格制作及基础数据统计分析；具备较好的逻辑思维和数据敏感度，善于从数据中发现问题与机会； 3、工作认真负责、细心高效，具备良好的沟通协调、跨团队协作能力和执行力；学习能力强，能够快速理解平台规则及大促机制，适应双十一期间多任务并行的工作状态； 4、每周可稳定出勤4—5天，可连续实习3个月及以上，能够完整参与双十一筹备、活动执行及复盘阶段；有电商运营、新媒体运营、品牌营销或类目运营相关实习经验者优先。
