1、负责抖音生态时政专业问题审核工作，根据要求完成各项交付任务，保障效率和质量符合预期； 2、通过日常工作发现潜在问题，辅助指标监控及数据分析，提出改进建议，协助解决业务风险； 3、业务精细化审核，对创作者发布内容存在的违背社区公约内容，进行合理修改文案透明传输，提升创作者体验； 4、具备良好的时政专业和生态问题研判能力，更好推进政媒生态问题治理； 5、协助完成组内交代的其他工作任务。

1、本科及以上学历，有1-3年时政新闻内容审核或编辑经验者优先，基础素质优秀者亦可； 2、能适应排班机制，有责任心，工作积极主动； 3、学习能力强，能快速掌握复杂的工作内容，对风险内容有敏感度和判断力； 4、具有较强的新闻敏感度，扎实的专业知识，对资讯类平台关注度较高。
