1、产品规划与落地：负责AI Agent在企业服务场景中的产品规划和路线图制定，独立完成从0到1的产品设计与迭代，推动产品的价值与用户体验持续提升； 2、Agent架构与能力建设：主导智能体（Agent）的产品设计，包括知识问答（RAG）、工具调用链、MCP/Skill扩展等核心模块的规划与优化； 3、跨项目推进与协同：对接多个业务板块，协调研发、算法、业务方等多方资源，推动AI能力在不同场景的复用与落地，建立高效的跨团队协作机制； 4、效果评估与持续优化：搭建完善的效果评估体系（测评集构建、准出标准定义），持续跟踪产品效果与模型表现，通过数据驱动AI能力与产品体验优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、信息管理或相关专业优先，3年以上产品经理经验，其中2年以上AI/LLM相关产品经验； 2、对LLM与Agent技术有深入理解，熟悉Agent能力边界、产品架构、技术实现与评测方法，持续关注技术趋势； 3、具备扎实的产品设计能力，对AI产品有热情，熟悉主流LLM与Agent产品； 4、良好的沟通协作、表达、逻辑思维、项目管理能力，善于跨团队合作。
