1、负责抖音电商内容推荐与内容策略相关产品工作，围绕用户体验、流量效率、供给增长与GMV提升，持续优化电商内容分发和策略机制；基于短视频、直播、图文等不同内容体裁，持续优化推荐召回、粗排、精排、混排等分发链路，挖掘用户全域兴趣信号与电商价值，提高推荐效率与用户体验； 2、以电商load、流量效率和GMV增长目标为导向，通过数据分析、商家/达人/用户研究，识别影响增长的关键问题，制定流量策略、供给策略及内容策略的系统性方案；围绕用户内容消费与购买决策链路，洞察不同内容类型在种草、转化等环节的问题与机会，完善内容识别、分层、标签化等基础机制，提升内容生产与分发链路衔接效率； 3、结合行业趋势与用户需求，持续挖掘新内容方向、新场景和新玩法，负责策略设计、试点推动与落地验证，推动新供给增长；持续优化供给扶持、冷启动、佣金策略及优质内容识别与放大机制，提升高价值供给的规模与分发效率； 4、协同技术、算法、运营、行业等团队推进策略迭代落地，沉淀可复制的方法论与协作机制。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年及以上电商产品、内容策略、推荐策略或相关领域工作经验；有广告、搜索、推荐、电商内容策略经验者优先； 2、对电商内容生态有较深入理解，熟悉短视频、直播、图文等多种内容形态的特点、分发逻辑与运营机制； 3、能独立完成需求调研、数据分析、策略设计与方案落地，具备复杂项目推动和管理能力，具备创新意识，有成功推动新内容项目或新供给增长项目经验者优先； 4、具备较强数据敏感度，能够基于业务目标拆解问题，通过数据驱动策略优化； 5、优秀的跨团队沟通与协同能力，有强目标感和责任心，能在复杂业务场景下推动多团队对齐落地； 6、逻辑清晰、执行力强，善于在不确定环境下持续推进重点专项。
