1、负责支撑火山引擎产品商业化配置、产商品流程规则优化和治理落地，支撑全产品线商业化稳定落地、体验改进与风险治理，联动上下游团队完成常态化运营与重点专项迭代； 2、负责商业化配置支撑与日常答疑：支撑云产品线业务，常态化支撑商品上架、定价配置、折扣策略、售卖约束、特殊场景白名单等商业化配置落地；承接产线日常咨询、工单问题排查与操作答疑，输出配置方案，规避配置风险，保障商业化配置流程顺畅推进； 3、负责平台体验改进与产品运营：负责商品管理平台功能使用、流程和规则落地等核心运营工作，识别用户痛点，推动平台体验优化迭代，持续提升商业化配置效率； 4、负责平台知识沉淀与用户赋能：沉淀操作手册、FAQ、宣贯材料与标准化SOP，开展业务宣贯赋能；搭建运营数据看板，通过数据复盘持续优化，支撑用户商业化落地更顺畅、更高效。

1、本科及以上学历，1-3年互联网平台运营、产商品运营、流程运营、商业化运营相关经验，有云厂商/To B商业化平台经验优先； 2、业务与素质能力：具备流程梳理、跨团队协同、体系化治理能力；要有服务意识，沟通坦诚清晰、执行力强，具备风险意识与用户体验思维，能主动发现业务痛点并推动体系优化； 3、逻辑与数据能力：逻辑清晰、擅长复杂业务拆解，具备数据复盘、问题归因、专项落地能力，可量化输出运营成果； 4、了解云产品商业化模式，有相关商业化配置支撑工作经验者优先。
