1、负责互联网后端系统及基础平台的设计与研发，包括服务发现、流量调度、策略引擎、微服务治理、ServiceMesh等方向； 2、参与大规模分布式系统建设，支持跨集群、跨地域、多机房等复杂场景的智能化调度，持续提升系统的高可用性、稳定性、可扩展性和性能； 3、深入理解业务场景和系统痛点，完成技术方案设计、模块开发及项目落地，解决高并发、低延迟、资源利用率等技术难题； 4、探索AI在后端基础设施和系统中的应用，包括智能流量调度、跨系统异常检测、容量预测、故障诊断等。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Go、Java、Python、C/C++等至少一种主流编程语言，具备良好的代码质量意识和工程实践能力； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉计算机网络、操作系统、数据结构与算法、数据库及常用设计模式； 4、具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立完成技术方案设计、开发、测试及上线； 5、对技术保持热情，具备良好的责任心、沟通能力、团队协作能力和项目推动能力。

加分项 1、有高并发、大流量或分布式系统的设计和研发经验； 2、熟悉RPC框架、服务发现、配置中心、API网关、服务网格或微服务治理体系； 3、熟悉缓存、消息队列、分布式存储、数据库中间件等常见后端基础设施； 4、了解大模型应用开发、AI Agent、RAG等。
