1、负责飞书企业问答系统的服务端架构设计、开发和优化等研发工作，推动技术的升级和优化； 2、深入理解业务需求，参与技术方案的制定和实现，为企业用户提供准确快速的高体验企业问答功能服务； 3、能够深入理解搜索/问答领域的业务场景和业务痛点，保障系统的高可用性、高性能和可扩展性； 4、解决系统中的关键技术难题，如多数据源接入、大规模数据处理及索引构建、搜索链路调整及优化等； 5、参与企业问答效果优化工作，从工程和策略角度提升企业问答的效果。

1、良好的设计和编码习惯，热爱写代码并能产出高质量的设计和代码； 2、具备扎实的算法和数据结构基础，拥有较强的排查、解决问题的能力； 3、熟悉搜索/问答算法及架构，有企业级搜索或问答系统相关经验者优先； 4、有大规模分布式系统开发经验者优先；有自然语言处理、机器学习、深度模型、大模型等相关算法策略优化相关经验者优先； 5、对技术有强烈的好奇心和追求，具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。
