1、负责抖音生活服务内容解决方案，从单直播间到行业类目，搭建可复制的内容增长体系，持续通过内容解决方案帮助行业和商家提升流量与成交； 2、针对目标行业的细分类目做内容深度优化，打造标杆直播间标杆案例，跑通内容脚本、场景搭建、话术节奏、选品排品，沉淀行业内容标准化方法论； 3、建立内容数据复盘体系，拆解流量逻辑、优化直播内容结构，定向提升自然流量、点击率、转化率与GMV，输出可落地的内容策略与SOP； 4、联动业务、产品、服务商和达人运营团队等，沉淀行业内容方法论，并通过规模化的方式赋能更多商家实现内容驱动生意增长； 5、策划节点大促与行业类目专场，设计内容营销打法，联动商家、达人与平台资源，打造类目爆款与生意爆发点。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上电商或生活服务内容、直播或商家运营经验，有餐饮、酒旅、到店综合等行业操盘案例优先； 2、精通直播与短视频内容逻辑，能独立打造GMV标杆直播间，有从0到1跑通类目增长方法论经验； 3、能快速深入行业，具备类目内容优化能力，懂数据、善复盘，能基于流量、点击率、转化率、GMV等指标快速定位问题并输出可落地优化方案，通过内容调优显著提升流量与转化； 4、具备强项目推进与跨部门协同能力，能独立负责行业内容解决方案落地，结果导向； 5、对平台规则、热点玩法、节点营销敏感，有成功大促或爆款内容操盘案例者优先。
