1、行业洞察和客户分析：协助进行策略产出并推进落地，通过策略效果数据提炼，进行有效的增长策略优化，迭代获客路径； 2、项目管理：推进项目进展，在专项中沉淀中台能力，形成规范的SOP流程； 3、推动跨团队协作，有条理地协调团队内外部资源、推动项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、积极面对挑战，结果导向自我驱动强，抗压能力强； 3、具有较强的自驱力及学习能力，关注行业动态及玩法；了解直播业务，擅长数据分析、行业分析、客户分析； 4、有较强的项目管理和和项目执行能力，具有良好的数据统计及分析能力； 5、目标意识强，逻辑思维清晰，对数据敏感，擅长从不同的数据中发现问题和机会； 6、可以保证一周出勤至少四天，能够实习至少6个月。
