1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上流程管理、项目管理或相关运营经验，兼具业务敏感度与产品思维，有AI建设经验者优先； 2、在效率、效能提升或智能化建设方向有成体系的方法论，并有可验证的落地案例； 3、具备较强的跨部门协同能力与资源整合能力。
