1、负责抖音生活服务商家增长的策略运营，基于数据洞察和市场动态，联动业务制定可落地的增长目标与策略方案，实现商家规模的快速增长； 2、协同产品、UG、研发、算法团队等刻画供需关系和人店关系，识别并降低上下游协作中的效率损耗，明确增长业务的天花板，建立清晰的指标体系和评估体系； 3、负责对应区域业务负责人工作，具备业务全局视角，能理解业务核心诉求，精准定位业务痛点并结合区域特性提供支持，助力业务增长； 4、结合行业趋势与平台特性探索其他创新的增长玩法，为业务持续注入新增量机会。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上增长运营经验，有电商、本地生活商家策略经验者优先； 2、数据敏感度强，熟练使用Excel、SQL等工具，能够从数据中提炼可落地的业务洞察； 3、逻辑清晰，能快速定位问题并提出系统性解决方案，具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力； 4、具备强结果导向意识和资源整合能力，主动推进业务合作，挖掘合作机会，驱动团队指标达成。
