1、负责公司流量基础设施平台核心研发与架构迭代，涵盖业务管控、编排调度、资源管理等底层模块，支撑全域云资源统一管理与弹性交付； 2、搭建覆盖全生命周期的资源运营管理平台，涵盖资源规划、交付、销售、运行时及计费环节，持续优化资源利用率与交付效率，推进成本优化，保障业务资源竞争力与客户的成本效益； 3、优化业务核心链路，打磨业务模型与研发流程，针对业务需求及架构特点设计安全、合理的系统； 4、负责线上故障排查、性能瓶颈治理、容量规划，保障云平台全年高可用，支撑业务稳定迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络、通信等相关专业，3年及以上云平台/云原生/边缘基础设施研发经验； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握Linux系统原理、进程/内存/网络模型，熟悉TCP/IP、虚拟网络、负载均衡等网络核心原理； 3、熟练掌握Go/C++/Python至少一门开发语言，有后端或基础设施开发经验； 4、精通Kubernetes核心架构与组件原理，有集群优化经验，熟悉云原生可观测体系，了解Prometheus、Grafana、日志、链路追踪体系建设经验优先； 5、熟悉主流虚拟化与容器技术，了解KVM/QEMU、Virtio、容器隔离、镜像管理等底层原理； 6、具备良好的架构思维、问题复盘能力，能独立负责复杂模块设计、技术攻坚、跨团队协作。
