1、负责客户端业务核心质量专项/性能问题分析、定位、解决方案制定，并落地实施； 2、解决测试过程中存在的人工，重复性，低效类工作，并提供自动化测试解决方案与效率工具链； 3、推动研发团队在专项与性能领域的持续优化，为用户提供更好的产品体验。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、三年以上移动端产品测试开发或者开发经验优先； 3、熟悉android或iOS平台之一，了解原理机制； 4、熟悉Linux操作系统，熟悉MySQL等数据库，有java、python、oc/swift、shell其中至少一门以上语言的开发经验； 5、具备良好的学习能力、问题定位和分析能力，能基于客户端业务代码逻辑层面理解业务实现，开展自动化测试或者专项测试、进行问题分析和问题跟进； 6、熟悉以下二者之一： 1）移动端自动化：熟悉常用的测试框架，如UiAutomator、Appium、Robotium等；或者移动端测试工具链，如底层单测、mock、hook技术等； 2）专项/性能自动化：熟悉部分领域者优先，如CPU、内存、时延、稳定性、流畅度、网络流量、画质、电量、全链路监控等。
