日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助项目负责人，设计和优化广告产品，包括新产品的设计，体验优化等，为广告主在广告平台上的体验负责； 2、管理产品的整个生命周期，与全球跨职能团队合作，确保产品设计、开发、GTM、需求收集等各个环节的有序推进，从而提升系统效率和客户体验； 3、深入了解广告主优化习惯，广告投放机制，分析影响客户投放效果和ROI的关键因素，利用数据分析和用户研究，挖掘预算和效果方向的机会空间。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备出色的沟通能力、逻辑思维能力； 3、英语读写流利，能适应跨团队协作交流； 4、自我驱动，注重细节，能够保持高效率； 5、有产品或运营实习经历优先； 6、每周出勤至少4天，实习5个月及以上优先。
