1、本科及以上学历，2年以上战略咨询工作经验优先； 2、有良好的数据分析能力，可通过数据拆解归因，分析业务现状和潜在运营需求； 3、有较强的项目管理经验，可以推动复杂项目背景下的多团队协作，确保业务顺利推进。
