1、2年及以上数据分析工作经验，具有复杂业务数据处理经验，数据相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的业务理解能力，能与业务方同频对话，对需求有判断，独立完成数据需求对接与上线； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度，对数据产品保持好奇心和探索欲，能推动产品的覆盖和迭代； 4、精通Python/SQL/R/Tableau者优先，有数据可视化产品的使用经验。
