1、目标与指标体系搭建：搭建抖音电商达人业务的指标体系，明确北极星指标与过程指标，构建可追踪、可评估的体系；定期开展经营分析、问题诊断、识别机会点与卡点，进行运营策略快速迭代； 2、达人经营提升策略：持续研究达人生态、供需结构与撮合模式，产出运营策略；围绕流量扶持、商品匹配、营销活动、商业化提效等手段，提升达人的业绩产出与经营质量；深入洞察达人经营痛点，设计差异化运营策略，推动产品机制优化、健康度管理等落地，提升达人经营稳定性与粘性； 3、达人营销策略与内容提升策略：聚焦营销活动中达人的运营与升级，制定达人营销矩阵与打法，提升营销效率与转化；围绕内容质量、直播质量、种草-转化链路，制定内容提升策略，赋能达人产出更优质的电商内容；结合平台流量机制与产品功能，推动内容与营销策略协同，放大达人的内容势能与商业价值； 4、新引入与孵化策略：制定新作者引入策略，识别高潜达人供给，设计引入路径与机制，扩充达人供给池；负责腰部潜力达人的孵化成长策略，基于内容生态、流量机制与产品功能设计孵化路径，推动腰部向升级； 5、跨团队协同与专项推进：牵头推进达人相关专项项目，协调达人、商品、流量、产品、营销等跨部门资源，推动方案高效落地。

1、具备电商平台、MCN机构、创作者运营、数字营销、策略分析或商业分析相关经验优先； 2、具备较好的数据分析能力、逻辑思维与总结表达能力，对数据敏感，熟练使用数据分析工具，具备SQL或其他BI工具使用经验者优先； 3、熟悉电商生态，对内容电商、社交电商、达人经济有深刻理解和实战经验； 4、沟通协调能力强，具备优秀的项目推动与跨团队协作能力，目标导向，适应业务变化； 5、对行业趋势、用户行为、内容形态保持敏感，具备创新思维与落地执行力。
