团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音生态的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音主端、直播、电商、生活服务等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、负责面向生活服务业务建设数据仓库，完成分层设计、数据模型设计与核心链路开发； 2、深入理解业务流程与指标口径，抽象通用数据能力，协同业务、产品与研发团队发挥数据价值； 3、承担SQL、ETL开发、海量数据性能优化及复杂业务场景需求交付，持续探索的数据技术； 4、承担安全、质量、效率、成本等各域子方向的数据治理能力建设工作，保障数据稳定、准确与可用； 5、借助AI Coding提升需求、建模、开发、测试与文档产出效率，并与后端、前端协作完成数据服务交付。

1、具备良好的业务理解、指标抽象和问题拆解能力，能够高效推进跨团队协作与需求落地； 2、熟悉数据仓库体系架构、数据建模方法与数据治理，具备完整的数据仓库建设经验，以及扎实的SQL/ETL开发与性能优化能力； 3、掌握Hadoop、Hive、Spark、OLAP、Flink等大数据技术栈，理解流批处理与分析型引擎的基本机制； 4、具备扎实的数据结构、数据库原理等基础，理解轻量数据API设计并能与前后端配合交付数据服务，具备工程能力者优先； 5、能使用AI Coding加速建模、ETL开发、测试与文档生成，对大模型和AI技术有好奇心和自驱力者优先。
