1、负责分布式存储底层模块的设计、开发、性能调优、新技术调研等工作； 2、根据上层业务的需求，从稳定性、功能、性能等方面，设计和改进分布式存储系统的各个模块； 3、按照项目进度制定开发目标，撰写详细设计文档并负责模块实现、性能调优、功能测试； 4、为上层线上应用提供及时的技术支持，并从中提取出潜在的需求和优化点，持续优化系统。

1、善于独立思考，能够主动发现问题，有系统化的问题分析能力和解决问题能力； 2、对未知领域有一定的学习、探索和研究能力； 3、熟悉C++，追求高品质代码，注重代码的工程质量； 4、有在Linux上性能调优方面相关经验的优先； 5、熟悉分布式系统，有分布式存储系统（HDFS、Ceph、GlusterFS等）开发或维护经验者优先。
