1、负责字节跳动海内外客服业务场景的系统开发工作，对复杂业务进行拆解规划并推动落地实施； 2、开展前沿技术方案调研，参与团队B端和C端重难点技术攻坚，拓展技术应用边界； 3、主导并参与B端分析类和数据类的智能化系统建设，实现客服全链路的提产增效，提升产品影响力和用户体验； 4、关注后台及AI技术前沿发展动态，推动新技术在核心场景的应用落地，并在团队内进行推广。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机专业，具备扎实的基础知识； 2、熟练掌握Golang/Java语言，熟悉Linux系统原理并拥有相关项目经验，熟悉数据库（MySQL/ES）、中间件（Redis/Kafka）、分布式和微服务架构等相关知识； 3、对业务有敏锐的洞察力，能快速理解业务背景，具备优秀的技术与业务融合能力、良好的设计能力、沟通能力和团队协作能力，可迅速将业务抽象转化为实际效益； 4、具备对架构、数据和性能等方面的系统化思考能力，从问题本质出发，运用自动化、智能化等手段实现效率提升； 5、热爱钻研前沿新技术，有强烈的好奇心和求知欲，乐于接受挑战。

加分项： 1、具备一定的架构设计能力，有B端复杂AI应用系统相关设计和开发经验优先。
