日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音商城APP-充值/游戏娱乐/餐饮/竞拍等频道产品，为用户规模和访问天数负责； 2、产品设计突出虚拟供给特色，利用补贴策略、互动玩法、商品与直播推荐等手段，打造抖音商城APP的差异认知，在各场景引流并持续刺激用户复访； 3、分析用户流程和玩法效率，通过数据形成产品认知，优化产品链路，减少漏斗损耗、提升体验； 4、与行业、开放平台、交易支付等团队紧密协作，解决行业导购链路中的卡点，保障供给稳定性和履约体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，理工科（如计算机/通信/数学/统计等）相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的归因分析、Demo绘制、协作推动能力，对用户有同理心，有电商平台用户增长/互动经验优先； 3、能保证每周5天出勤，实习期不少于6个月，尽快到岗优先，base上海。
