1、对内容业务有较深理解，能识别平台交易、内容变现等相关行业场景（电商、生活服务、游戏、短剧等）的各类问题，包括但不限于内容、经营行为等，按照需求周期完成内容生态巡检报告； 2、负责巡检需求、策略、能力的迭代优化，负责巡检数据体系建设，定期输出巡检数据报表、行业巡检分析报告； 3、精准定位业务风险及问题案例形成原因，帮助治理团队挖掘薄弱环节，追踪潜在异常风险点，推进问题的闭环处理； 4、根据风险特征和管控需要，提出策略优化建议，对制度或流程缺陷提出切实可行的优化方案，并跟进落实； 5、从平台视角出发，持续了解行业动态，建立多团队长效协同机制。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，数据分析、统计学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的数据敏感度与数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel，有SQL/Python基础者优先； 3、具备AI能力的实践经验，对大模型、Workflow、Agent等工具有认知； 4、对行业治理业务有一定理解，有内容运营、风险运营、策略运营相关经验者优先； 5、具备良好的项目管理能力，能跨团队协同推进治理项目落地。
