ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：剪映数据与智能团队旨在通过 AI 技术赋能剪映系产品，构建强大的算法能力壁垒。作为剪映系内的算法团队，负责推动整个业务在算法上的迭代与创新，为剪映、CapCut、即梦dreamina、Pippit、醒图等产品提供智能化支持。

1、聚焦内容创作领域大模型构建，负责预训练体系的设计、训练与优化，重点提升视频/图片创作场景下的内容理解、创作规划和生成等核心能力； 2、负责创作领域Benchmark的搭建、迭代与评估，建立垂直场景下模型能力的量化标准，支撑模型的效果验证与持续进化； 3、构建并迭代多模态数据体系、模态对齐机制与覆盖策略，探索数据与模型的共进化反馈体系，服务于垂直大模型的训练需求； 4、结合剪映实际业务场景，将创新性技术方案高效落地，服务成千上万创作者，推动内容创作AI能力的持续突破。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的编码能力，理解实际业务场景Agent设计理念，熟悉主流的深度学习训练框架、工程框架等，熟悉NLP、CV、ML等相关的技术，掌握大模型相关技术栈（如Reward Model、GRPO/PPO/DPO、SFT/RFT、CT、PE等），有模型训练实操经验者优先； 3、有独立的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；对技术有热情，追求极致，自驱力强；有良好的团队合作意识、沟通表达能力； 4、在计算机科学高水平会议和期刊如NIPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、IJCAI、AAAI、KDD、SIGIR、WWW、ACL、PAMI、IJCV等论文发表或有竞赛经验者优先； 5、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
