1、建立路网数据质量评估体系，通过自动化工具和人工抽检，监控道路拓扑错误、禁限行遗漏、新增道路缺失等关键指标； 2、处理来自用户反馈、UGC报错、作业人员上报以及客户投诉的问题；设计并优化“报错-核实-修复-反馈”的闭环流程； 3、多源数据（如交管数据、第三方供应商、轨迹挖掘数据）的接入协调与一致性核验，确保外部数据能高效转化为内部生产力； 4、针对重大交通事件（如封路、自然灾害、政策变更等），快速制定临时路网管控运营方案，保障业务平稳运行。

1、本科及以上学历，有地图导航、打车/外卖平台、智慧交通或物流调度相关数据运营经验优先； 2、能够熟练使用SQL提取数据，利用Excel或Python进行数据清洗与分析，从轨迹热力图等空间数据中发现路网隐患； 3、熟悉底层路网（路段、节点、车道）与上层业务（导航导引、运力调度）的耦合关系，能从用户报错中反推产品逻辑缺陷； 4、具备较强的流程拆解能力和跨部门协同能力； 5、了解GIS基础原理，能操作QGIS/ArcGIS进行简单的空间数据校验。
