1、负责节点、冲锋日的前期策略规划与资源规划，通过精细化的策略设计与落地，在保障业务目标达成的同时，持续提升冲锋日整体GMV； 2、建立并优化节点、冲锋日的资源策略与提效机制,根据业务策略敏捷支持资源的分配、调整与追加，确保资源使用效率最大化； 3、多元融合资源玩法、市场活动、产品使用等维度，持续探索和优化冲锋策略，助力冲锋日业务目标的持续进阶与突破； 4、主导节点、冲锋日活动从预算制定、立项评估、执行跟踪、风险控制到结项复盘的全流程管理，确保活动顺利推进并拿到结果。

1、本科及以上学历，有活动、大促项目运营或策略运营相关工作经验者优先； 2、具有数据敏感性和优秀的分析能力，能熟练使用Excel等工具，通过数据发现问题、诊断活动效果并提供可行的优化方案； 3、能够深入理解业务目标和用户需求，从中发现活动中的问题和机会点，善于制定策略，并协同市场、产品、技术等相关方高效推进落地； 4、具备优秀的沟通协同能力和全局视角，能够高质高效地推动复杂的跨团队项目落地，保障冲锋日活动目标的达成； 5、具备强自驱力、快速行动力，善于独立思考和总结复盘。
