1、负责抖音生活服务商品及内容虚假宣传治理，从数据及用户反馈中洞察用户体验问题，制定具体治理策略并落地，提升生活服务用户购物体验信任度； 2、负责内容及商品虚假宣传治理策略体系建设，快速发现问题、制定治理标准及相应策略，协同各团队建立问题发现、标准定义、有效处置、效果评估的体系化方案； 3、作为BP对接生活服务业务和行业治理等协同团队，输出解决方案，对整个行业的内容风险、体验和效率负责； 4、深入理解业务风险与治理场景，识别可被AI改造的关键环节，设计体系化策略与产品方案，持续提升治理策略的智能化水平。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上治理运营、产品经验，有商品、内容、履约治理策略经验优先； 2、具备较强的问题抽象与结构化思考能力，能够从复杂业务场景中识别核心问题，并转化为可落地的治理方案； 3、跨部门沟通协调、项目管理和推动能力优秀，有效推进解决项目问题，保障目标达成； 4、对AI技术应用有热情和敏感度，能够主动探索AI在治理场景中的创新应用。
