1、业务诊断与全局规划：深入洞察中小商家大盘的经营状况，精准定位商家痛点与增长机会；制定全局视角的商家经营解决方案，核心为提升大盘商家的动销率及有效动销规模负责； 2、成长体系与路径搭建：主导设计面向中小商家全生命周期的成长牵引体系，结合产品化、数智化手段，打造清晰的商家升级路径，驱动中小商家的规模化升级与长期留存； 3、分层运营与流量策略：制定并落地分层分级的商家资源与流量扶持策略（如新店冷启动破零、高潜商家成长加速等），通过精准的策略干预，有效提升各阶段商家的跨层级升级率； 4、任务机制与产品化落地：设计并完善面向商家的运营任务引导机制，制定标准化任务生产流程，协同产品团队优化相关底层工具，建立基于数据的任务迭代闭环； 5、方法论沉淀与规模化运营：贴近商家实际经营链路，持续跑通并验证促动销、提留存的有效运营动作；将成功经验沉淀为可复用的运营方法论，并推动在中小商家大盘中的规模化应用。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3-5年商家侧策略相关经验，有电商、本地生活、O2O平台商家侧策略经验者优先； 2、懂业务，具备良好的业务视野，对交易/内容场景，如生活服务、电商、内容中的一个或多个业务有不错的理解； 3、对数据敏感，能定义目标，看清进展；有较强的数据分析与归因能力，能分析复杂业务的问题，识别机会，不断优化策略； 4、有严密的逻辑思维能力，具备良好的项目管理能力，能够协调各方资源，推动项目顺利进行； 5、具备AI/LLM相关产品落地经验优先，能基于中小商家探索基于AI的经营解决方案。
