1、深度参与字节跳动LBS能力的客户端体系建设，为公司各业务线（抖音、AI业务等）提供地图基础能力； 2、承接以下方向中一个或多个核心SDK的开发与优化： 1）底图SDK：地图渲染、瓦片加载、图层管理、样式系统； 2）定位SDK：GPS/基站/WiFi多源融合定位、室内定位、轨迹纠偏； 3）导航SDK：路径规划、实时导航、路况与诱导渲染； 4）进行SDK的架构设计、API设计与版本演进，保障稳定性、性能、体积与跨业务接入体验； 3、跟进业界地图技术演进，完善LBS各项能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Android开发，有丰富的Android应用或SDK开发经验； 3、熟练掌握Java或Kotlin，具有良好的编码和算法能力； 4、对技术有好奇心，沟通协作能力好，责任心强，能在项目中推动技术方案落地。
