1、财务相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备全面的财务专业知识，持有CPA证书者优先； 2、5年以上会计相关工作经验，包含至少3年以上财务核算相关经验；具有事务所或互联网收入类工作经验优先； 3、有良好的沟通能力，协同组织及推动力；具有良好的系统意识和逻辑思维； 4、具有较强的自我驱动力和学习能力。
