1、开环技术基建与创新：负责构建高性能的商品库基建及应用，利用多模态技术深入理解商品、创意、样式及图片；探索并落地多体裁、多粒度的融合预估模型，提升广告全链路的预估准确性；研究投放归因与投放算法的耦合机制，解决数据稀疏与延迟反馈问题，优化端到端的转化效果； 2、前沿模型探索与应用：在高速增长的环境下，探索并应用业界前沿技术，包括复杂网络结构设计与LRM技术在广告场景中的落地；针对电商特有的商品素材探索与冷启动难题，设计针对性的算法策略，加速优质商品与素材的放量； 3、策略优化与客户解决方案：深入理解全球顶级电商客户的业务痛点，能够一线接触当地市场与客户，将业务需求转化为算法问题；通过精细化的策略设计（出价策略、定向策略、创意优化），解决客户在投放成本、放量能力及ROI上的核心诉求，直接对客户的最终GMV负责； 4、全球化变现优化：参与全球电商广告变现场景的优化，处理海量高并发数据，应对不同国家/地区市场差异带来的丰富业务挑战，提升系统的鲁棒性与泛化能力。

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上广告/推荐/搜索召回排序等相关工作经验； 2、扎实的数据结构和算法功底，编程能力优秀，熟练使用C/C++/Python/Java/Golang等编程语言，优先考虑：有海量数据处理和分布式计算开发经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark框架； 3、有传统机器学习、深度学习相关知识背景，优先考虑：发表过KDD、AAAI、CIKM、WWW、RecSys、NeurIPS、ACL、EMNLP等论文，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe/MXNet框架和原理； 4、具备以下经验者优先：大模型应用经验（有LLM或LRM相关技术在搜索/推荐/广告场景下的落地经验），电商/广告背景（熟悉电商行业逻辑，或对开环电商、归因技术、oCPM机制有深入理解），多模态经验（有计算机视觉或自然语言处理背景，且在多模态融合建模上有实践经验）； 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和业务敏感度，善于从复杂数据中发现规律并解决问题； 6、拥有良好的沟通协作能力，愿意接受挑战，能够适应全球化的工作环境。
