ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：数据平台是字节跳动数据中台部门，为公司多业务线（包括抖音、电商、直播和生活服务等）提供一站式大数据解决方案，涵盖数据的生产、清洗、传输、建模、分析等全流程链路，提供数据开发、实验评估、画像标签、增强分析等多元场景解决能力。同时，数据平台部门也致力于把字节跳动积累沉淀的数据中台解决方案做商业化输出，让更多行业能够应用我们的产品能力构建自己的数据中台。在火山引擎上，我们提供了营销增长套件，数据中台等相关产品解决方案，为泛互联网、金融、汽车、新零售等行业提供了行业解决方案。

1、协助产品经理进行需求调研与分析，聚焦智能驾驶、电商零售等核心行业场景，挖掘用户在多模态数据处理、向量检索、实时分析等方面的核心痛点； 2、参与产品功能设计，协助撰写PRD文档、绘制产品原型，重点支持AI多模态底座、Serverless弹性架构、智能服务与Agent体系等核心模块的产品化落地； 3、协助推进项目迭代，与研发、测试、运营团队高效协同，跟进功能从设计到上线的全流程，保障项目按计划落地； 4、负责产品数据埋点与效果分析，运用SQL等工具处理产品运营数据，输出数据分析报告，为产品优化提供数据支撑； 5、整理行业动态与产品信息，重点分析云数仓、智能服务与Agent体系领域产品的核心优势，形成产品分析报告，为产品策略制定提供参考。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、统计学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用Axure、Figma等至少一款原型设计工具，具备基础的产品文档撰写能力； 3、掌握SQL基础用法，能独立完成简单的数据查询与分析，了解Python者优先； 4、对云原生、AI、大数据、数据仓库等领域有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动学习前沿技术与产品知识； 5、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通协调能力与执行力，能高效推进任务落地，注重细节； 6、每周可实习4天及以上，实习时长不少于3个月。

加分项 1、有云服务、数据产品、AI相关产品实习经历者优先； 2、了解ClickHouse等开源数仓产品，或有云数仓、BI工具使用经验者优先； 3、具备一定的行业分析能力，能运用PEST、五力模型等方法分析行业动态。
