1、负责混合云网络产品的设计与研发，围绕网络虚拟化、负载均衡、跨域网络、容器网络、物理网络及软硬件协同等云网络与云原生关键技术，开展技术分析、方案选型与功能设计工作，充分了解客户需求并做出合理抽象，设计网络方案，适应混合云场景； 2、承担混合云云网络核心模块的编码实现，包括网元、网关等产品的功能开发，代码调试与评审，以及版本发布等全流程研发任务； 3、参与混合云网络运维体系建设，为一线技术支持团队提供技术支撑，保障产品稳定高效运行。

1、精通C/C++/Go/Java等至少一种编程语言，熟悉至少一种脚本语言，如Shell、Python等，三年以上开发经验； 2、深入理解路由交换原理及二三层网络协议栈实现； 3、深入理解操作系统原理，有较好的系统架构和设计能力； 4、有多核平台下开发及性能调优经验，如Cavium、DPDK等；或有丰富的高性能服务器网络编程经验；或有参与SDN网络控制系统产品功能、大型分布式系统的性能和架构优化的设计、研发、运维的相关经验； 5、有技术热情，善于沟通，积极主动，有团队合作精神，善于协调沟通并解决问题；喜欢挑战性工作，有较强的自我驱动能力。
