日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际商业化产品与技术团队支持字节跳动国际短视频业务的广告产品与变现技术，我们负责end2end的大型广告系统建设，为客户提供商业推广方式与方案，覆盖字节跳动所有国际化用户产品，目前已在美国、加拿大、新加坡、欧洲、中东等国家和区域开展业务。我们的愿景是建立服务全球广告主的综合数字化营销服务平台，打造一体化广告平台，建联广告主、创作者及用户。在这里你将有机会开阔自己的国际化视野，接触到全球领先的商业产品架构、模型和算法，并有机会参与并推动互联网广告行业的创新和变革。

1、协助前端开发工程师进行页面制作，依据设计稿精准实现页面的HTML、CSS 布局，确保页面在不同浏览器和设备上的兼容性与显示效果； 2、参与简单交互功能的开发，使用JavaScript实现诸如表单验证、页面元素动态展示与隐藏等基础交互逻辑，提升用户操作体验； 3、协助维护和优化现有前端代码，排查并解决页面显示异常、脚本错误等问题，保障前端页面的稳定运行； 4、积极参与团队内部的技术讨论与分享，学习并吸收最新的前端开发技术和理念，不断提升自身技术水平。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、精通HTML、CSS、JS，熟悉页面架构和布局，熟悉HTML5/CSS3等常用技术；精通JavaScript、AJAX、DOM、jQuery等技术； 3、熟悉常用UI框架，如Bootstrap、Pure、Kendo等；熟悉Node.js，熟练使用Grunt、gulp、Webpack等构建工具； 4、具备MVVM框架开发经验，如React、VueJS、AngularJS等； 5、良好的沟通和团队协作能力、热爱技术、责任心强、能推动技术框架的落地使用。
