团队介绍：基础设施经营管理与平台团队，聚焦于数据中心与供应链的研发、交付、资产相关业务域经营管理与数字化平台建设。其中，研发平台面向字节硬件研发团队提供数字化平台服务，实现产品的全生命周期管理；交付平台围绕计划、采购、建设交付的大交付方向，将各环节的信息共享与透明化；资管平台面向全球资产管理团队提供数字化平台服务，提升资产管理质量与效率，保障资产安全与合规；经管业务与经管平台主要围绕资源预算、成本管理与分析、结算等业务场景，搭建经营管理体系并建立系统化的管理手段。

1、负责字节跳动大规模基础设施资源（服务器/IDC/网络/CDN/云服务/AI算力等）的采购/计划/生产建设/交付/物流/质量等领域的数字化平台能力建设； 2、负责业务项目的高质量交付，通过技术架构的合理优化设计，提升交付效率与质量； 3、识别产品及系统痛点，通过产品技术优化持续提升平台的体验与稳定性； 4、负责AI Coding的探索与落地实践，通过大模型/Agent工程架构等技术的合理应用，提升产品体验和开发效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上后端开发经验； 2、Java基础扎实，熟悉常用的框架和技术，深刻理解计算机原理，具备良好的数据结构和算法基础，具备扎实的编码能力； 3、具备良好的业务抽象能力和丰富的架构设计经验，有系统设计/复杂架构升级/系统优化治理等经验； 4、具备优秀的业务理解能力、技术学习能力，沟通与协作能力。

加分项： 1、具备供应链/采购/计划/生产/交付/物流等系统研发经验者优先； 2、熟悉数据中心基础设施领域业务者优先。
