1、供应链关键节点风险管控，参与供应链品类（服务器、网络设备、部件、机房设备等）的年度、季度、项目采购策略评审，识别策略机制、竞争性、评分规则等方面的风险；覆盖需求、规划、寻源、评标、定标、合同、验收、运营付款的全链路关键节点，对策略合理性、评委独立性、评分规则、定向扩容等特殊场景做独立判断；针对供应链特有场景（供需匹配、齐套交付、备件管理、EOL或EOS、供应商产能波动等）建立事中参与机制； 2、机制建设与制度输出，主导或参与供应链领域的制度、规则、流程建设（如采购策略管理模板、供应商准入与考核机制）；推动关键规则的系统线上化（如评标线上化、指定供应商流程系统化），把规则真正落到执行；沉淀方法论，跨品类拉通复用； 3、供应商管理与舞弊防控，参与长短名单机制、供应商绩效评价、黑白名单拉通、异常行为监控策略；识别利益关联、职责未分离、信息泄漏等舞弊风险点，推动整改；对高风险信号做深挖，输出分析报告和处置建议。

1、本科及以上学历，至少五年供应链规划管理、内控或相关领域经验； 2、熟悉服务器、网络设备、存储、部件中至少一类的产业链、成本结构、供应商生态和技术演进； 3、具备BOM级成本拆解能力，能独立完成Should-Cost分析和报价合理性判断，识别异常； 4、熟悉硬件供应链全流程（策略、寻源、评标、定标、订单、交付、验收、付款、备件）及各环节主要风险点； 5、具备品类策略、供应商机制、成本模型等系统性方法论的设计和落地经验。

加分项 1、有跨境、多区域供应链经验（中国及其他亚太地区，欧洲、中东及非洲地区，北美地区）； 2、英语可作为工作语言。
