1、问题诊断与业务支持： 1）深入业务部门，与各级管理人员及员工进行沟通交流，精准诊断业务管理过程中存在的问题，尤其是涉及人员能力城市经营管理方面的问题； 2）基于问题诊断结果，为业务部门提供针对性的解决方案与建议，通过专项培训、辅导等形式，帮助业务部门解决实际问题； 2、业务管理赋能体系搭建与实施： 1）依据业务发展策略，设计、开发并完善业务管理培训体系，确保培训内容贴合实际业务场景，助力核心管理层提升业务管理能力； 2）负责组织实施各类业务管理培训项目，运用多样化的培训方法与手段，如经验萃取、案例分析、模拟演练等，提高培训效果； 3、效果评估与改进： 1）建立科学有效的培训效果评估机制，通过课后反馈、考核测试、行为观察等多种方式，全面评估培训对员工业务管理能力提升的实际影响； 2）根据评估结果，深入分析培训中存在的问题与不足，持续提升培训质量。同时对组织能力做有效诊断。

1、本科及以上学历，5年左右培训经验，有业务团队培训和管理提升项目双重从业经历优先；自身有管理经验优先； 2、有独立承担培训项目的策划、组织、实施的经验，有跨部门复杂项目统筹经验优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，能运用数据分析工具和方法，准确衡量商家赋能效果，为项目优化提供数据支撑； 4、熟练掌握项目管理相关技能，熟悉项目管理流程，能运用项目管理工具对商家赋能项目进行有效管控； 5、具备较强的抗压能力与跨部门沟通协调能力。
