1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上商业分析经验，本地生活行业数据分析或商业分析相关经验优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL、Office等，会使用BI工具（如Tableau、FineBI），数据基建能力优先； 3、沟通能力强，能够协同各方资源推动战略专项落地；思辨能力强，对新事物有高度好奇心，能独立开展工作； 4、信息整合和共情能力强，能通过案头研究、专家访谈、用户研究，洞察行业机会、理解用户需求、推演发展趋势，有体系化的观点和判断。
