1、在超大规模在线训推框架下，结合AIGC前沿技术，持续进行算法及工程架构Co-Design，通过极致Scaling up、LLM4Rec等手段构建业界领先的CTR/CVR/生成式召回等推荐模型，服务到抖音系产品的变现目标； 2、构建高效投放系统，在AIGC广告素材量级显著膨胀的背景下有效应对海量广告候选，做到高效动态算力分配和资源调度，支持到高效系统漏斗分配及素材的投放及探索； 3、通过最优化策略、强化学习和生成式建模等手段，实现广告和自然内容的高效混排、广告样式生成及优选、金币激励策略优化，提升收入规模的同时兼顾用户体验优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 4、对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神； 5、熟悉机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中一项或多项。

加分项： 1、在AIGC/推荐/广告团队有相关实习经历，参与了实际的算法和模型研发； 2、在ACM-ICPC/TopCoder等比赛中获得名次； 3、作为主要作者在计算机顶会上发表过论文，如KDD/ICML/ICLR/ACL/CVPR/EMNLP/ICCV/NeurIPS等。
