1、负责中国大陆对应福利日常运营交付，包括但不限于五险一金实操，商保体检管理，供应商服务水平监控、特殊案件处理、增减名单及费用管理、日常福利沟通宣传、系统工具优化等，提升员工福利体验和流程效率； 2、负责中国大陆月度算薪全流程，包括算薪数据源核定、五险一金核算、发放、个税申报等，确保发薪准确、及时； 3、根据劳动法、税法等相关法律法规，对现有薪资核算和个税计算规则进行评估，确保运营合规； 4、对运营中的痛点、难点进行流程优化、系统优化，提出改进建议，并协同相关部门落地，提升运营效率； 5、进行工作梳理和沉淀，不断迭代并标准化运营流程。

1、本科及以上学历，5年左右薪酬福利运营相关工作经验，熟悉福利运营和算薪全流程，能处理复杂场景； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、分析和解决问题的能力，有统筹跨团队优化项目经验优先； 3、有人力成本预算测算、管理经验优先； 4、能够处理来自多方的需求，并有能力按优先级进行规划处理； 5、能够熟练使用Microsoft Excel进行数据处理。
