1、参与抖音商城商品及直播Feeds流等体裁的个性化推荐工作，业务涵盖商城猜你喜欢、特卖频道、大促会场等核心场景，覆盖抖音、抖音极速版、独立端抖音商城、今日头条等多端APP，日均为数亿用户提供服务； 2、运用深度学习技术，持续优化推荐系统中的召回、粗排、精排、重混排及机制等方面，开展模型与算法创新，打造业界领先的推荐算法与系统； 3、挖掘并分析海量用户数据，通过用户行为超长期序列建模、全域学习、多场景迁移学习、多场景多任务学习、跨域多模态信息学习等技术，提升算法效率； 4、研究并改进商城新品冷启动、以价换量、推荐与广告价值融合等机制，构建良性的系统循环，优化货架场电商生态； 5、探索大模型技术在推荐系统中的应用，在推荐领域研究支持面向工业级推荐场景的“Scaling Law”以及推动生成式推荐、LLM4Rec的落地。

1、具备扎实的算法和数据结构基础，熟悉C++/Python语言以及TensorFlow、PyTorch等开源工具； 2、机器学习基础扎实，熟悉CF、Word2Vec、LR、DNN、Wide&Deep、Transformer等经典算法模型及其原理； 3、对技术充满热情，持续关注行业内人工智能技术的发展趋势，善于理解和分析问题的本质，勇于应对挑战； 4、具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，拥有快速学习的能力，具备优秀、严谨、乐观的品质。

加分项： 1、熟悉大规模机器学习/深度学习算法，具有搜索、推荐、广告等相关领域经验； 2、在KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、SIGIR、WSDM、ICML、IJCAI、AAAI、RecSys等会议发表过论文，或有数据挖掘/机器学习相关竞赛经历。
