1、负责抖音电商作者服饰/美妆个护赛道垂类头部达人运营，与品类营销团队一体化协同，对赛道垂达GMV产出、勤奋度/投入度、效率等核心指标负责； 2、组织头部达人参与品类营销活动，为活动贡献增量场次，同时也善用活动资源牵引头部达人成长、爆发； 3、探索内容作者的电商成长路径，联动行业、热点营销、产品等团队，共同推动作者内容供给与电商效率提升，建设电商优质内容和作者生态； 4、做好敏捷复盘和运营策略迭代，做到对存量电商作者有指引、对新作者引入有判断、对SKA作者有兜底零舆情，做电商作者生态的业务增长。

1、拥有互联网电商、内容运营背景，有达人运营经验，同时有商家商品运营经验者优先； 2、对电商营销活动有一定了解（包括但不限于品类活动、营销IP、大促等），有营销活动中与头部达人合作经验者优先； 3、具备良好的商务沟通、商务谈判能力，能够推动达人运营方法迭代； 4、具备良好的数据能力，通过策略、产品的增长机会萃取运营动作，并落地拿结果； 5、拥有一定的业务格局视野，对业务本身有追求，对内协同精神要强。
