1、主导或参与财经业务数据仓库的规划、建设与持续运营，支撑业务分析、经营决策及智能应用场景落地； 2、主导或参与财经公共数据资产建设，推进数据标准、模型规范、指标口径、元数据与资产治理体系建设，提升数据资产对人员使用和AI使用的双重友好性； 3、深入理解业务流程与系统链路，从数据治理、模型设计、口径一致性、质量保障等维度识别并推动解决业务和系统问题，形成数据治理闭环； 4、面向数据消费升级，建设可复用、可发现、可理解、可调用的数据资产，支撑报表分析、数据服务、指标查询、智能问答、Agent调用等多样化交付形态； 5、在数据建设过程中，持续平衡建设成本、交付效率与数据质量，推动公共能力沉淀和工程化提效。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具有从0到1搭建企业级数仓或公共数据层的经验； 2、扎实的数据仓库理论基础，熟悉维度建模方法，具备应用层建设经验； 3、具备海量数据加工、任务运维及稳定性保障经验，能够灵活运用SQL完成复杂数据加工与治理； 4、熟悉Hadoop生态相关技术并有实践经验，具备hSQL、Spark SQL调优经验； 5、至少熟练使用Shell、Python等脚本语言之一，具备良好的工程实现与自动化能力； 6、理解数据资产化、数据治理和数据服务化建设思路，有将数据资产沉淀为可复用能力的意识；具备面向AI/Agent场景进行数据可读性、语义一致性、可调用性设计经验者优先；对代码质量、模型设计质量有较高要求，重视Code Review和工程规范；具有互联网金融行业从业经验，熟悉信贷、支付、保险等业务者优先。
