1、本科及以上学历，2-5年的战略规划、经营分析相关工作经验，有咨询、互联网战略/商业分析经验加分； 2、信息整合和共情能力强，能通过案头研究、专家访谈、用户研究，洞察行业机会、理解用户需求、推演发展趋势，能拆解问题、形成体系化的观点和判断； 3、有良好的数据分析能力和商业建模能力，结构化思维强，掌握SQL等数据处理工具优先； 4、思辨能力强，对新事物有高度好奇心，能独立开展工作； 5、沟通能力强，能够协同各方资源推动战略专项落地。
