1、参与交易数据监控与分析：负责交易数据的收集、整理和分析，建立交易数据分析模型，通过数据挖掘与解读，为交易策略优化提供决策支持； 2、负责数据可视化：运用数据分析工具创建可视化报表，直观展示交易数据和业务趋势； 3、推动AI工具应用：利用AI工具优化日常运营流程，参与CRM系统的流程优化及自动化工具落地； 4、参与跨部门协作：协调各支撑部门解决销售在交易等过程中的痛点，优化销售协同流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读，理工科背景（如计算机、数学、统计学、运筹学、自动化等专业）优先； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维和数据敏感度，能从数据中发现问题并提出见解，熟练掌握Excel/SQL或BI工具，能够独立完成数据收集、清洗和分析工作； 3、熟练使用AI工具（如LLM、自动化工作流），具备快速学习新事物、新技术并将其转化为生产力的能力； 4、具备优秀的口头及书面表达能力，能够清晰、简洁地陈述复杂逻辑； 5、具备较强的执行力，面对多任务时能分清优先级，工作认真细致、勤奋踏实，学习能力强，可以快速上手新系统新流程； 6、每周可保证至少4个工作日的实习，可长期实习者优先。
