1、负责抖音生活服务内容生态治理策略，从数据及反馈中洞察用户体验问题，制定具体治理策略并联合产品等团队落地，提升内容生态健康度； 2、建设抖音生活服务作者治理策略体系，通过权益管控、流量管控、资金管控等手段，提升生态治理效率，建设公平有序的创作生态； 3、洞察抖音生活服务达人、商家的体验及成长问题，制定体验优化及成长牵引策略，提升达人、商家满意度，助力达人、商家持续成长升级； 4、监测抖音生活服务生态变化，有效发现问题，牵引内容、作者增长符合平台方向，深入分析供需情况，发现问题及机会，提升内容生态效率。

1、本科及以上学历，1~3年策略产品/运营经验，有生态治理及作者体验策略经验优先； 2、具有敏锐的风险敏感度、辩证的分析能力，具备从作者、平台、用户多端思考问题的能力； 3、有较强的逻辑能力和数据洞察力，能够通过业务数据变化精准定位系统和机制问题并推动解决； 4、跨部门沟通协调、项目管理和推动能力优秀，有效推进解决项目问题，保障目标达成。
