1、负责字节跳动各App的用户增长建模工作，研究SOTA的时间序列模型、用户LTV模型，解决宏观与微观粒度的超长周期价值建模问题，同时关注研究论文发表与实际业务落地； 2、从增效度量视角出发，基于实验设计、因果推断、运筹规划等手段，解决用户增长战略规划、效果评估、策略迭代场景下的复杂度量问题； 3、将业务问题抽象为统一的数学框架，横向输出至各业务线DS/DA团队，赋能各业务线的科学度量与分析工作； 4、其他各种增长战略/战术决策相关的推演或建模工作，为战略管理层与增长执行层分别给出相应的决策与建议。

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、经济学、计算机专业优先； 2、扎实的统计、时间序列、机器学习、深度学习、LLM研究与建模应用经验； 3、在搜索、推荐、广告、RTA投放、NLP、因果推断与智能营销等领域有数据科学家建模工作经验优先； 4、关注前沿技术进展，有AAAI/SIGIR/KDD/ACL/NeurIPS/CIKM/RecSys等高质量论文发表经历者优先； 5、有挑战难题的热情，良好的团队沟通和协作能力； 6、自驱性强，擅长主动发现并解决问题。
